We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your apartment, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The apartment must be in its original condition and unused.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at info@onebestprimeok.com to request a return authorization.
- Package the apartment securely and include all original documentation.
- Ship the item to our returns address, and ensure you keep the tracking information.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you via email.
5. Exceptions
Certain conditions may affect your ability to return an apartment, including:
- Customized or personalized apartments.
- Apartments showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an apartment for a different model or size, please contact us to discuss available options.
